Shipping policy

1. How my shipment will be delivered?
a) We deliver our product PAN India.
b) We ship via recognized logistic services e.g. Bluedart, DHL, Delhivery, Fedex. Logistic partner will be selected based on your location and order size.
2. How many days will it take to deliver the shipment?
a) Metro City - 2-5 days, Non metro city - 3-7 days
b) We ship the products from our warehouse location as per delivery address. 
c) Customize order or item made on order may took 7-15 days for door step delivery.
3. What are all the shipping charges?
a)  We offer free shipping on all order above INR 499/-.
b)  For order value less than INR 499/- shipping and handling charges INR 69/- will be charged on invoice

Currently we offer shipping only through logistic partner.

Return policy

LittleOk wooden products are handcrafted by local artisan in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the others. Product are handmade, natural polish to give it unique identity and texture. 

If you receive defective/damage/wrong product. We are happy to assist you in process of return. Please reach us via whatsapp +91-7693817721  or contact@littleok.in for return initiation with in 72 hours of product delivery.
