Baby teethers can be and should be washed, if baby is constantly playing and gnawing them. Bunny ears may be removed easily and it is recommended to wash them in a warm, even in cool water by using children's laundry detergent or simply a baby soap. Some of my customers though just wash them in a washing machine.
Do not leave or soak for too long wooden ring as it can over wet or soak with water and during drying they might deform or crack. After the washing they should be dried properly.
